A. Yes, all of our technicians are either ASE master-certified or NVQ certified. Our head European master technician was born and raised in London, UK. London is where he received his certifications.
A. No, we opt to maintain an open and transparent repair process. Due to the training and software needed to perform diagnostics on the brands we work on, we cannot waive diagnostic fees when the repair is approved.
A. Few factors go into pricing a repair. We only charge for the repair time itself and the diagnostic. The whole process from start to finish in most cases will take longer than the quoted repair time. Example: The alternator only takes 2 hours to replace, so why will it be Friday before I get my car back? Most parts are being shipped by UPS or FedEx, which can cause delays, including wrong fitment parts. Also, we do our best to inform customers of a timeline, but delays may occur. We do not charge customers for parts research to ensure fitment, post-quality control procedures, before and after test drives, or complementary safety inspections.
A. Unless the repair exceeds the value of your vehicle, then in most cases, it is important to consider getting the car repaired. Once emotions are removed from the equation and when only focusing on the financial facts, it is almost 95% of the time more cost-effective to repair the vehicle than purchase a newer car.
A. 75% of the cars we work on are BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and Land Rovers. We offer full factory software for all the mentioned brands, including Jaguars, Volvos, Lexus, and Infiniti. We are ONE of only a few shops in the Northern Atlanta area that offers full factory software for Land Rovers and Jaguars. We even perform much more invasive and technical repairs than the dealership offers.
A. Contrary to popular belief, working on older cars is more difficult than the newer ones. When performing repairs on older cars, a lot more variables go into effect, including any part that was removed and installed to repair the vehicle. Customers must sign our terms and conditions before working on a car over 100k and 15yrs.
